I’m on a mission to find the best local restaurants, networking events, volunteer opportunities and entertainment in the Des Moines area! I was born and raised in the Des Moines area and yet I still haven’t seen or done everything that truly makes Des Moines unique.

My goal is to keep connected with the Des Moines community by hitting up networking, social, theater and entertainment events to give you the inside scoop on what Des Moines has to offer. I’ll post my thoughts, happenings and tips/tricks as I explore the greater Des Moines area.

Things to look for: I’m really interested in networking, social media, volunteering, marketing and learning about new places, so I can almost promise you that my blog (as it continues to grow) will be full of those things!
